Inghams 雞肉廠申請方式與面試題庫（附履歷範本）

這篇原本發表在我經營的澳洲打工度假站「澳來澳去 AIAO」，因為 AIAO 要關閉所以把還有人在看的文章整併到這裡。履歷範本原本放在 Google 文件，這次改成 PDF 直接下載，也把範本裡的真實姓名換成代稱。

Inghams 在澳洲背包客之間是很有名的雞肉工廠，薪水高福利也好。這篇分享該怎麼投履歷、怎麼寫履歷和 Cover Letter，還有電話面試會問哪些問題。

應徵 Inghams 的方法

最常用的是 SEEK 輸入關鍵字 Inghams 找 Process Worker 的職缺，另外也可以到 Inghams 官網的 Careers 頁面看目前的工作缺額。當年兩邊收履歷的其實是同一個窗口，現在的應徵方式請以官網跟 SEEK 上的職缺說明為準。

履歷與 Cover Letter 範本

下面三份是當年實際拿去應徵用的履歷，聯絡方式都已經遮掉，姓名也換成 Your Name，可以照著格式改成自己的經歷。

電話面試問題

以下是 Inghams 面試問題的整理，題庫來自群組和網路上多位熱心的分享。

• Do you have time to make a telephone interview?　現在有時間做個電話面試嗎？
• Do you still looking for a job?　還在找工作嗎？
• Did you have apply Inghams job?　之前有應徵過 Inghams 的工作嗎？
• What you apply for jobs?　你應徵什麼職位？
• How would you want to apply for the job?　怎麼會想要應徵這份工作？
• Do you know anybody work in here?　有認識的人在這邊工作嗎？
• Do you know that our place is?　你知道我們的地點在哪嗎？
• When the visa expires?　簽證何時到期？
• Describe your advantages, strengths?　描述自己的優點和長處。
• What work experience before?　之前有什麼工作經驗？台灣或澳洲的都可以說。
• Have worked in a factory before it? What kind of plant?　之前有在工廠工作過嗎？什麼樣的工廠？
• How will you come to work?　打算怎麼來上班？
• How do you think about process worker?　對 Process Worker 這份工作的想法。
• Did you have work production line jobs?　有待過生產線嗎？
• How did you know Inghams?　怎麼知道 Inghams 的？
• Why do u want to work in Ingham?　為什麼想來 Inghams 工作？
• What the plan when the work end after Ingham?　在 Inghams 工作結束後有什麼計畫？
• Boss has lauded you anything?　上司有稱讚過你什麼事情嗎？
• Which shift do you prefer? Day shift or afternoon shift?　想上早班還是午班？
• Did previous work has pressure?　之前的工作有沒有壓力？
• What kind of job content will make you feel the pressure?　什麼樣的工作內容會讓你感覺到壓力？
• How can you resolve this stress at work?　你在工作中怎麼排解這樣的壓力？
• What makes you feel frustrated at work happen?　工作中發生什麼事會讓你覺得挫折？
• What is your hobbies and interests?　你平常的嗜好跟興趣？
• Why are you suitable for this position?　你為什麼適合這個職位？
• What is safety measures and hygene standards?　說說工作場合的安全規範跟衛生原則。
• What is your present job?　你目前的工作內容是什麼？
• Please list some advantage and disadvantage of your present job?　列舉你目前工作的優缺點。
• How will you relieve the pressure?　你怎麼紓解壓力？
• What will gives you a sense of achievement during your work?　工作中什麼事會讓你有成就感？
• What does “team work” means to you?　你認為團隊合作是什麼？
• Are you ready to handle raw meat and low temperature environment to work?　你準備好在低溫環境處理生肉了嗎？
• Have u ever had a argument with ur boss? Have u ever supply any good advice to ur boss?　之前有沒有跟上司起過爭執？有沒有給過上司好的工作建議？
• Inghams have a lot of rules and processes of the company, if you find that you do not have to comply with such regulations colleagues or practice, how would you do?　Inghams 有很多規定和作業流程，如果發現同事沒有遵守，你會怎麼做？
• Do you have any question?　還有其他問題嗎？
